What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. Here, “cookies” also covers the tags that set them and what a site keeps in your browser’s own storage. This policy is about intex.so, the website run by GovConnex Pty Ltd.
How we use them
- Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie settings. They’re always on.
- Statistics cookies let HubSpot count visits and the pages people view, so we can see how the site is used.
- Marketing lets us note where your visit came from, such as the site or campaign that sent you, and join a demo request to your earlier visits in HubSpot, so we know what you’ve looked at before we meet.
Where you are
- The UK, the EEA and the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man), or if we can’t tell where you are: we ask first, and only necessary cookies run until you choose. We ask again after six months.
- Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: statistics and marketing are on from your first visit, and you can turn them off at any time.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, marketing starts off.
We work out where you are from your connection’s country, and keep it only for your visit.

Statistics and marketing cookies are set only while they’re allowed.
Other companies’ cookies
When you book a demo, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person, and HubSpot’s meeting calendar may open on the page. Each can set cookies of its own, as its own policy explains: Cloudflare’sTurnstile Privacy Addendum and HubSpot’scookie policy.
Your choices
You can change your settings at any time from Cookie settings, here or at the foot of any page. Turning statistics or marketing off removes their cookies and stops their tags from loading.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. If it blocks necessary ones, the site may not remember your settings. Ourprivacy policy says more about how we handle personal information, and you can write to us atprivacy@govconnex.com.

We’ll update this policy when the cookies we use change, and the date at the top will say when.
